I am obsessed with this stuff. I take one every night 30 minutes before bed and I can tell a significant difference in my sleep. I initially bought it because it mentioned reducing cortisol levels and I can say after several months of consistent every night use it absolutely works. The strawberry and cream is my favorite flavor. I’ve tried most of the flavors (peach berry, raspberry lemonade, orange creamsicle and the blue coconut) and they’re all really good too. They are helping me with water intake, I feel rested in the morning and it is showing in my mood too. I’ve never been one to take vitamins or supplements but this stuff makes it so easy. The ingredients seem to be high quality and I know magnesium is really good for you as well. I’m not one to write many reviews but I highly recommended these.

First I want to start off by saying this is one of the best tasting powders I’ve ever tried. Most of them always have an odd like chalky aftertaste. This one does not. It dissolves very easy in water and I loved using it with crushed ice took it over the top! I do think my sleep quality was better after drinking this twice a day for about 2 weeks. I did drink this along with taking saffron to try to help with my overall mood and I believe it did help me. There are a lot of claims that this product helps you to lose weight as well. While I did not lose weight I did see a difference in my bloated looking stomach. Overall this is a quality drink that I would order again I just wish it didn’t cost so much. I guess if you’re not drinking the way the directions say it will last you a while but drinking two a day it runs out really quick for the price of it.

I ordered both the Calm (Strawberries & Cream) and Focus (Fruit Punch) flavors.The Strawberries & Cream flavor is genuinely enjoyable—sweet and pleasant to sip. However, the Fruit Punch flavor didn’t taste good to me at all—it has a noticeable supplement-like aftertaste that makes it hard to finish.My biggest issue with both is the mixability. Despite using a handheld mixer and shaking the bottle thoroughly, the powder never fully dissolves and consistently leaves behind clumps (as shown in my photo). I often end up with a gritty last sip that tastes unpleasant, and I can’t help but wonder how much of the active ingredients are settling at the bottom.This is such a great idea and I love the concept, but unfortunately, due to the mixing issues and poor flavor of the fruit punch, I have to give a lower rating.
