The media could not be loaded. I was initially going to return this because it said that it was lightweight and when the package arrived it said that it was over 60 lb. However we decided to take it out and try it and it is about as light as a large Walker with a seat when taken apart.If you grab the two back wheels and push around the front to put it in your car you are lifting no more than about 3 lb. So you want to take the seat off put it in first. Fold the handlebars down. Then grab it by the back wheels and lift up and it will wheel around very easily to get it over to your trunk. Then simply lift the front tire in first and wheel it in.Taken apart the seat probably weighs about 10 to 12 lb. And the frame and handlebar probably weighs around 25 with the battery on it. The battery itself probably weighs about 2 to 3 lb. This is very nice and lightweight I'm glad we did not return it before we opened it and gave it a try.Five stars we have a very small car and as you can see it fits nicely in the trunk and takes up about the same space as a seated Walker.We did buy an upgraded quick release basket as the one that it came with was a little bit flimsy if you put anything large in it.Got for a gift and I believe the speed is incorrect and the description because we got up to 5 km per hour at 160 lb person. So that would be closer to 8 to 10 miles an hour not 4 mph like the description says. I'm guessing that maybe it was supposed to say 4 km/h? Anyways this will make a great gift for our grandmother

I’m a former NFL player and Bought the scooter in October 2024 battery died and would not take a charge in late late November. Called customer service and tried and tried to get a replacement and no one could help me. Very poor customer service I’m disabled and now I have a scooter with a defective battery and Can’t it replaced. How can I get a replacement battery? Please please please. I would pay for it if I could but in all honesty it should be replaced for free. Now I have to buy a Whole new Scooter.

I am sooo happy with my purchase!! I was a little worried due to the mixed reviews. The scooter was super easy to put together. No tools were needed. It took about 30 minutes, if that. And the directions were clear. The scooter is pretty fast. It goes up to 6miles ph. Now it is a little heavy although the description says it light weight. I’m thinking, if I take the battery off and the seat, it should be pretty easy to lift and put in my trunk. So far it’s very sturdy, and built well. Overall I definitely recommend!!!

The quality of this little scooter is amazingWhoever invented this was definitely thinking outside the box.. 😂It's got a little too much torque on takeoff and backup but you get used to itI absolutely love itThis will be my second scooter and I have an everyday wheelchair but they are too heavy to lift up in the trunk of a car so I got this little scooter, I love the lightweight of thisYou have to be very careful on the turn radius as this machine because it does not slow down on turns and you will flip it.It free Wheels so you have to hit the brakes when you want to slow down or stop, you let off the throttle and it will keep going as it's in free will all the time until you hit the brakes..lol I had to learn that the hard way when I hit the wall trying to get on an elevator.This is my first experience using a key to remove a batteryBut I will get used to it.Be careful not to run it in water as the brake system is at the bottom of the front wheel.. it could cause a lot of issues if that gets wet, if it does somehow get wet by accident just quickly dry it when you return in door's.It's got it ups and downs but for me it works perfectly and I will get used to the odd things on this scooter that I'm not normally accustomed to.I give it a five star.*****And two thumbs up 👍 👍

I finally figured it out. I actually love the scooter. It was an issue with charging the battery. I still maintain that there needs to be further instruction on the charging process and an operating manual needs to be included with the purchase to avoid what I had to go through. I also suggest transparency between the buyer and seller. The seller should be more available and not so hard to send questions to nor should it take 24 to 48 hours to receive a response. it is a quiet ride and performs well. I’m happy with the purchase! This thing is rugged and well built. The speed, fast walk, is as much as you would want on a trike and it has plenty of torque. Its open steel frame lends itself to easy repair and modification for special needs. Removable battery and key locks a plus.

Unable to see the charging status of the scooter??? Wrote an email to the manufacturer and they answered by stating that they had no record of selling this scooter to me and didn't answer this very simple question. Unable to satisfactorily use this scooter! Bought for handicapped person who has difficulty returning this bulky item. Very disappointed!!!

I absolutely love this! I am able to get it in and out of my vehicle by myself. Even my granddaughters can pick it up for me. Everywhere I go people ask me about it I've had people ask me if they could take pictures and where they could order. It is super sturdy and holds a lot of weight!
