Genuine Product
Genuine paella dish. Got this for my brother. My personal advise is to ignore the servings part, this is common with most paella pans i've noticed. I would say this this serves 6 max, but it depends on how much rice you put. To prepare for use, first fry a vinegar in it. To prepare it for storage after use, rub oil into it as it will rust otherwise. Again, this is common with most genuine paellas pans.tip. These are also ideal for cooking some Indian dishes. i.e birayni

Great for parties
I purchased this for a party and used it on the gas bbq. It was great the Paella was evenly cooked. The dish was easy to clean.

Does exactly what I wanted.
Used over an open flame fire pit to make a very tasty paella this pan did exactly what it was supposed to. Combined with the "Bahia" rice there were 4 very clean plates and an empty paella dish at the end of the night.

Paella
I ordered this for a work colleague who wanted to try his hand at paella cooking. The dish is a typical bog standard paella dish that you would find in any Spanish kitchen. We tested it out at work and cooked paella for 6 people and there was plenty to go around. We used it on an electric hob and the the heat managed to diffuse ok but I would recommend using gas with a diffuser for best results. At the end of the day cooking all depends on the chef and recipe used etc. This pan makes the job easier than a frying pan which is just as usable but if you want to impress people then go for this! There is a pretty good recipe on BBC website and Jamie Oliver's one is quite easy to do but most Spaniards will recoil in horror at using chorizo but at the end of the day it's down to the individual. Seeing a paella served up in this makes all the difference to nice meal with friends. Don't forget to add a good bottle of Cava or homemade sangria too!

Looks almost too good to use
Looks almost too good to use, but a good size to make it worth purchasing as well as having a wok and frying pan that could do the job for fewer portions.

Great paella pan
Great pan, used a few times now... hence the marks. Once used it needs to be properly dried and oiled to save rust forming. Nice heat distribution but as this is a large pan I'd recommend use on a gas cooker rather than an electric hob.

Rusted after one use and putting in dishwasher
DO NOT PUT IN A DISHWASHER! One use and made the mistake of dishwashing....completely rusted 😑 such a shame as it is a lovely size!
