Gout Prevention
I’ve been taking these tablets for around 4/5 months for gout. Theses have stopped any flair up so far and I was having a gout attack every second month or so. I’ve held off writing a review until I was sure these were working and touch wood so far they have. Definitely recommend for Gout.

Great results.
Very pleased with theses supplements because i can honestly say they work. Had quite some pain in my left big tie for some while due to high Uric Acid level in my blood I took these and they worked very quickly no more pain. They are a large tablet and not that easy to swallow but if you dont throw your head back they do go down okay. Hope this hrlps.

Slightly eases pain
Ok, so this for me (everyone is different) does not stop gout, does not alleviate gout at its worst. What it does is slightly ease the pain over a period of days.It was an emergency buy for me going away and needing some kind of relief where i usually use concentrated cherry juice.

Fast Action - Read my Essay
I suffered from Gout for the first time after a game of football. I thought it was a fractured toe but it turns out that larger guys dehydrate quicker when performing physical activities thus resulting in raised levels of Uric Acid... i didn't know anything about Gout before so here a lay for days with my toe elevated. Doc presribed Naproxen which helps reduce swelling. The main attack pain alleviated after about 3-4 days and then the toe pain just lingered around for weeks. In between i had another attack after having a lamb curry. After the second attack, i completely stopped consumption of red meat in the hopes of lowering my Uric Acid. Things went well and i was left with my toe pain which wouldn't go away. There was still a bump on the side where the joint is. This is where the crystallisation forms (if you don't already know). My third attack lasted a day. This was after consumption of a can of soft drink (fructose/ sugars)... yes so i had to stop drinking sugars. So week 5 and i'm controlling my food and eating healthier. I have a sweet tooth so switched to dark chocolates. More citrus fruits and cut down certain fruits like apple, mango etc. The toe pain wasn't going anywhere so i bought this product. 2 x a day and by next day i felt a massive change in my steps. 3 days later and i feel like i'm almost back to normal. I'm just so looking forward to running again. I'm big as it is and gout is such a set back. I'd say this product does what it says on the tin and reduces Uric Acid levels in the body.

Works well
I love this and wouldn't be without it. It is definitely value for money and It works well, can be a little difficult to swallow due to size, but the shape helps to ease this.
