Encapsulated in a nice tiny capsule...coconut smell....easy to take..Zince is something the body needs but goes unnoticed..if u take it yu dont notice any difference....its a silent helper....Bit pricey this product.

I'll take this type of soft gel over a plastic capsule anytime. It goes down easy, and it doesn't cause reflux or gastric disturbances.
