These are small so two pieces worked best for me. They do have “a bite” as they have ginger in them - but i likes the overall taste - and it subsides quite a bit within 15 minutes or so. Happy with purchase. Worked well when on our cruise

I've used this gum before when I fly. I tend to get motion sick and it helps calm tbe stomach.

This is the best product I have found to curb nausea on the plane while traveling or in bed after eating .......This is my go-to product if I am nauseous or think I might get nauseous. Buy it. You won't regret it.

Delivery was fast, arrived several days ahead of schedule. Ive been using Ginger Gum for years and the product I received from this company is very fresh and loaded with Ginger, not stale like others I've received from some other companies.

Does a great job without the drowsiness/ grogginess of normal motion sickness pills. I have to take a car every week and this has been a big help.

It does work for reflux, but I've since found that any, non-mint flavored gum works, and is less expensive.

I have been using this ginger gum for about six years for nausea due to dizzy spells. I can't say I have ever had severe nausea, and hope I never do, but I can attest to my own personal experience with mild to moderate nausea. It has always helped curb it and it works in a very short period of time.

Pleasant taste, helps with the vertigo without sleepiness.
