We installed and setup all 17 Access points simultaneously once thenetwork was up they identified and were easily updated to the latest firmware all at the same time. everything went extremely well. The hardest par of the job was running the newtowk, they mounted quickly and identified immedaitely after adding them using a barcode scanner to enter the serila and model numbers. very good experience.

This product is unfit to sell as network device, because it doesn't even display the connected client names. This is a minimum requirement to sell as network device. I can think the other Zyxel products will also NOT have connected client names, because they may be using similar firmware code base. When I contacted customer support they say that they contacted head office to add but No guarantee that they will.

The first red flag was when the device arrived in it's factory box, not sealed. I still had high hopes for the device. It connected to the internet through my Cox modem/router. It was also able to connect to my Macbook via Wi-Fi, albeit unsecured. Standalone Management failed as the url given for configuration leads to Cloudfare. Then I tried Zyxel's Nebula site, setting up and confirming an account as directed. Nebula could not "see" the AP either. I've contacted support via the link provided and if they're able to help me solve the problem I'll revise my rating, otherwise the device goes back to Amazon.Aug 6, 2023 - I added one star for Zyxel's email support which got me as far as being able to register and see the AP on their Nebula site. However, requests for instructions on how to perform a factory reset were either initially overlooked or ignored. When they did address the issue, they gave me instructions for a different model. See the photo above and compare to a photo of the NWA1123ACv3, which has NO reset opening in the case.

We have several locations throught our state and using Zyxel's web portal to remote configure enables me to ship the devices directly to the remote install location. The remote user provides me the needed two pieces of information to add the new device to our infrastructure and I can quickly complete the configuration for their site.

Zyxel makes good products, there is no doubting that. However, I am not a fan of the interface on the device I purchased. Setup was straightforward and the manual was very clear and simplified which i enjoyed. compared to my experience with other devices, setup was a breeze. I do recommend purchase, but just personally I needed something different and made a return.

This was not getting me quite the speed for which I was looking but it was nominally better than the default att router. The foot print was nice in that it is very compact and poe makes it even easier!The value also sets this apart! It was at a great price comparison and I thought the set up seemed a bit quirky but worked well
