Fun for the kids and grownups too!
The media could not be loaded. This is a really cute and fun to play game, which is well made. The assembly is easy, with disassembly equally as easy. The tree is in two parts which are simply pushed together to assemble. They don't snap so they can be pulled back apart to be stored in the box once play is over. The catapult was a bit difficult for my 3 year old GRANDdaughter to manage at first, but she soon discovered how to use it. Recommended ages stated on the box are 5 and up, which I think 4 + would be accurate, depending on the hand/eye coordination of the child. My GRAND made up her own game play and I think as long as a game brings challenge it is a winner with me. I do recommend this game as it is really fun to play with 4 players as it creates excitement in trying to get all of your monkeys into the tree before your opponents.

Fun game for both kids and adults!
We bought this game for vacation for our niece who's 5 years old. We had a of fun playing this with her.You have to be kind of careful because if you pull the spring board back too far, the little monkey will go flying across the room which makes it that much funnier.

Kiddos 6 & 4
Played with teenage cousin & again with Grandpa - plenty of fun - enjoyed active playing & used eye hand coordination skills. S/b 4 colors of stickers to attach to 'monkeys', green, blue, yellow, red. Only came with 2 blue, yellow, red - green stickers missing. Doesn't affect play. Must un-assemble 'tree' to fit back into original box for storage.

Fun game for the kids! Would recommend.
My preschooler LOVES this game. We've played it multiple times with friends and family. It is fun for kids. It helps with a variety of skills too.... Sharing, cause-and-effect, hand-eye coordination, teach children how to listen to directions and follow rules, etc.1. It can get annoying when one has to chase your monkey all over the place if it doesn't land in the tree, but that is part of the game.2. The plastic monkey launcher (not something one finds theirself saying regularly) seems flimsy. Two of the launchers have warped a bit since using the game, but are still intact and are working.Overall, I would recommend this game for kids.

Easily breaks, catapults can be ... Wonky
We opened it for Christmas for my kids yesterday because I have fond memories playing this game as a child. All of the componentry is as I remember it, but one of the catapults doesn't work like the others and it was hideously hard to snap the little tab into the slot.... And now, no matter what you do, even if you're super skilled, all the monkey fly straight upwards when you use just this one catapults. Also, one of my littles stepped on one of the monkeys on the floor and the base broke off. There are no extras. So now I would have to just buy a second copy of the game to get a full set. Love the game but why can't there be a higher quality version of this for those who have nostalgia and love to play this with their little ones?

Great reward game!
This is a favorite game for almost all of my caseload (K-7th grade). Not the box directions, but kiddos can “earn” chances to launch those monkeys into the tree during our speech therapy tx. They choose this game approx 75% of the time. Just needed a replacement for a much used game.
